Lover Girl Boston Room Decor Reservation

Thank you for considering Lover Girl Floral to decorate for your special occasion, we can't wait to work with you! We ask for 2 weeks notice for all Room Decor Reservations if allowed. We may be able to accommodate last minute reservations, but you will incur a last minute fee. A non-refundable deposit will be required to reserve and the balance must be paid in full  4 days prior to the reservation date. Hotels outside of the Boston area will incur a travel fee that will be calculated at the time of your inquiry. Boston Hotels will incur a $40 parking fee and Hotels just outside the city will incur a $40 travel fee. All home and Airbnb set ups will require a $50 fee due to increased ceiling heights, wall/ceiling materials, furniture and space constraints.

You will be required to check into your hotel prior to our arrival, we are unable to check in for you. Please plan to allow up to 2 1/2 hrs. for us to complete your room decor upon arrival. We understand sometimes inconveniences happen so we offer a grace period of up to 15 min past your reservation time. If you are unable to check in on time, or within the 15 min grace period we reserve the right to cancel your reservation if our schedule doesn't allow for an accommodation. Late starts after the 15 min grace period will incur a late fee of $50. We appreciate your understanding of having consideration for our time as well as the time of other client's scheduled.

Room Decor reservations Require a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure your reservation date. The remaining balance is due 4 days before your reservation date. Please book your room decor reservation a minimum of 2-3 weeks prior. Cancellations must be made 4 days before your reservation date. Please keep in mind your deposit is non-refundable. Room Decor reservations are non refundable once paid in full, but one reschedule is allowed. If you would like to reschedule your reservation date you may do so within a 90 day window.

A hotel, or Airbnb may charge you extra for leaving the room not cleaned up, Lover Girl Floral is not responsible for these charges. Lover Girl Floral is not responsible for any injury, damage, loss, accident, delay, etc. that may occur.
